In-Store Exchanges

At Shoes 4 You, we are dedicated to our products and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. In-store exchanges are available as long as the shoes have their original labels attached, are in the original box, and you provide proof of purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your in-store purchase, you can easily exchange it for something else you love in the store.

Online Purchases

At Shoes 4, we are dedicated to our products and ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

To return or exchange online purchases in-store, please bring the items and a copy of the order confirmation email within 30 days of purchase.
